Dr. Jenna Adair is a fourth generation Arizonian, born in Tucson, AZ. Her young childhood was spent in the small mining town of Mammoth, AZ. In the fifth grade, her family moved to the far East Valley of Phoenix. While most kids were playing video games and watching television, she spent her time with a retired veterinarian learning everything she could about animals. In the eighth grade, Dr. Adair started volunteering for a local veterinary practice, which fueled her love for the profession of veterinary medicine. After graduating top in her class from high school, Dr. Adair went to the University of Arizona on a presidential scholarship. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona’s College of Animal Sciences and was accepted immediately into veterinary school at Kansas State University.
Upon graduation from KSU with her doctor of veterinary medicine degree in 2013, she moved back to Arizona. Dr. Adair took an associate doctor position with Banfield Pet Hospital in Tempe and fell in love with her job. After 2 years, she accepted a Chief of Staff position in one of their Mesa hospitals. Dr. Adair practiced and managed that facility for 5 years before deciding to begin her own mobile practice so she could spend more time with her daughter and husband.
Dr. Adair specializes in geriatric care, preventative medicine, and the peaceful journey to the rainbow bridge. She believes the only way to deliver exceptional veterinary care is when you have a strong working partnership between the animal, their family, and the veterinarian. She also believes in compassionate, fear-free care for all animals. Dr. Adair is Human Animal Bond Certified, Fear-Free Certified and a member of the Arizona Academy of Veterinary Practice. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and animals. They have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 horses.
